Increase foot traffic to your store.

WindowHop shows shoppers what’s fresh, helps every booth get discovered, and gives people more reasons to visit in person. More foot traffic creates more opportunities for sales, while available booth listings help future vendors discover your store.

One shared storefront

Make your local store more visible.

Make the entire store visible

Build the complete booth roster, then add one store-managed photo to make each space visible even if its booth owner never signs in.

Let booth owners keep it fresh

Approved booth owners add photos, discounts, categories, and answer private shopper questions.

Promote available booth spaces

Future vendors discover stores with openings, visit your store page, and contact your store directly.

Keep your store in control

Manage the profile, booth roster, assignments, available spaces, claims, and policy oversight from one organized dashboard.

Give employees their own access

Add only a name and email. Employees can handle daily operations without seeing billing, protected settings, or team controls.

A small learning curve

Step-by-step Practice Mode lets the Store Owner, employees, and booth owners learn safely with sample data at their own pace.

Save time on daily handoffs

Keep claims, booth management, pull requests, vacancies, turnover, and employee actions together instead of chasing calls and messages.

See what creates shopper interest

Views & Trends shows store and booth views, top booths, questions, shares, pulls, and completed pulls across useful time periods.

Post Store Updates

Share important store news or highlight one public booth in a simple one-way feed—without adding public comments, reactions, or another social network to manage.

Make booth turnover simple

Close out the previous renter’s access and content while keeping the booth number, link, and QR code ready for the next renter.

Keep an optional booth waiting list

Turn on a simple public Waiting List tab when useful, keep future renters in one private oldest-first list, and record each status when a booth opens.

Whole-store visibility

Your team can show the booths you want public—even if their booth owners never log in.

WindowHop does not depend on every booth owner learning new technology before your store can launch. Your team can add a current photo to each booth you want shoppers to explore.

The same booth is claimed by its current renter, who can add more photos, a custom name, categories, discounts, shopper questions, and store-enabled pull requests.

Every booth space is included in the store plan. A current photo makes it public; claiming only changes who keeps it updated.
Optional and controlled by your store

Turn a paper booth waiting list into an organized next step.

Turn on a public Waiting List tab only when it is useful. Interested renters open a compact form, while your team keeps the oldest active request first and records who was contacted or accepted. WindowHop does not lease booths, collect deposits, or replace your rental process.

Customer and booth engagement

Every booth update can create another reason to visit.

Store Snapshots make the complete store visible from the beginning. Store Updates communicate timely news, while booth-owner photos and discounts feed Fresh Finds, bring more views to individual booths, and lead shoppers back to the store.

The store retains full oversight without having to create every update or answer every booth question.
Optional and controlled by your store

Organize item pull requests without replacing your current system.

If your store offers item pulls, you can enable the feature when you are ready. It appears only on booths managed by their booth owner.

1Shopper requests the itemThey select its booth photo and enter the agreed description and price.
2Booth owner confirms itOnly an approved request reaches your store’s Pull Requests inbox.
3Your store updates the statusMark it pulled or unavailable and WindowHop notifies both people automatically.
4WindowHop tracks the pickup windowOn day eight, the store is reminded to return an unclaimed item to its booth and close the request as no pickup.
Stores that do not offer pull requests can leave the feature turned off, and shoppers will never see the option.
Simple store coverage

One store plan includes every booth.

Create the roster, add quick one-photo Store Snapshots for store-managed booths, and invite current renters to manage their spaces. Standard My Booth access and the included 10-photo gallery do not require a separate booth-owner subscription.

Plans start at $50/month. Custom flat-rate and annual plans are available.

Download QR signs for every booth in one click. The booth’s permanent label, link, and QR code never change—even when renters do.
