Open My Booth and choose Gallery. Every booth includes 10 photo slots. Add photos until all 10 spots are used, or select existing photos to replace. Choose one cover photo, then move the remaining photos into the order shoppers should see. When offered, one optional purchase adds 40 slots and upgrades the current renter assignment to the absolute maximum of 50 photos; it resets to 10 at turnover.
Open My Booth, enter the email connected to your booth, and use the one-time link sent by WindowHop.
Email me a new My Booth sign-in linkUse Sign In → Can’t access your approved email? Store employees can confirm booth-owner recovery after checking the store’s records. Only the Store Owner may approve an employee email change, and WindowHop verifies Store Owner changes by calling the private owner number.
Open Sign In and recoveryYes. The Store Owner invites each employee by name and email. Employees can handle claims, booth-owner recovery, Store Snapshots, booth management, questions, and pull requests without seeing billing, ownership, employee administration, cancellation, or protected store settings.
Open Store Dashboard → Booth Manager → Add booth. Build number ranges such as Booth 1–400, letter-and-number sections such as A1–A50 or Glass Case A1–A20, or paste the store’s custom labels. WindowHop previews the list and skips duplicate or existing labels before anything is created. Store Owners and employees can use this tool.
Booth Manager opens the booth list with permanent search and status filters. Use its Add Booth, Booth Turnover, and Booth QR Codes actions for roster work. Review claims and invite renters from the main Booth Claims & Invites tab. Add initial store-managed booth photos from the main Booth Snapshots tab.
Open Store Dashboard → Views & Trends. The dashboard shows recorded store and booth views, saves, share-button uses, questions, pull requests, completed pulls, daily activity, and the booths receiving the most interest for the last 7 days, last 30 days, or all time. WindowHop reports only actions it can directly record and does not claim to measure physical foot traffic.
Yes. A participating store includes standard My Booth access and a 10-photo gallery for each eligible booth. No separate booth-owner subscription is required for those standard tools.
Open the participating store page and choose Claim my booth. The store owner confirms that you rent the booth. WindowHop does not manually approve normal booth claims.
Open My Booth → Discount. Choose a percentage, what it applies to, and the end date, then publish it. The public discount disappears automatically when it expires. To run another discount, repeat the same process.
My Booth shows the current status. A booth may be waiting for its first approved photo, listed as an available empty booth, suspended for review, or inactive.
Yes. Search, browse, share, ask private questions, and save on the current device without signing in. A free shopper account only syncs saves and replies across devices.
Open My WindowHopIf the store offers item pulls, the shopper selects the booth photo, enters the agreed item details and price, and sends the request to the booth owner. Only an approved request reaches the store. The item is not ready until the store confirms it was physically pulled and WindowHop provides the shopper’s pickup code. The seven-day period starts at that confirmation. On day eight, the store can return an unclaimed item and close it as No pickup—returned to booth. Payment remains in person.
If a store turns on its waiting list, prospective renters can privately leave their name, email, phone number, and an optional note. Store Owners and approved employees see the list from oldest to newest, record contact attempts, and mark an entry Accepted, Declined, or Removed. The store still chooses who to contact, handles its own application and lease process, and can turn the waiting list off at any time.
Current booth photos and newly started discounts feed Fresh Finds. A booth may appear across WindowHop and inside its own store’s Fresh Finds section, giving the store and booth owner a measurable reason to keep the preview current.
Yes. Store Owners and employees can open Practice & Guides from the Store Dashboard. Booth owners can open the same option in My Booth. Each checklist item opens a safe sample tool and is completed only after the sample task is performed. Sample form entries and selected photos remain in that browser session and are discarded when the practice is reset, refreshed, or closed. Practice never changes a live store, uploads a practice photo, or starts billing. The Q&A follows the signed-in role: Store Owners may review all three role guides, employees see Employee and Booth Owner guides, and Booth Owners see their own guide.
A failed recurring payment has a seven-day correction period. If it remains unresolved, public pages become private without being deleted and can return after payment succeeds. A canceled store is ordinarily kept private and recoverable for six months before its private content is permanently deleted under the Privacy Policy.
No. WindowHop is the digital storefront for physical shopping. Availability is confirmed with the seller or store.
